Story of a startup without the story of the founder is as good as a shoe without a sole!
At the soul of Elitewash lies Amir’s motivation and dedication to deliver solutions to real world problems.
Starting off as a simple graphic designer in 2016, without the support of any elitist MBA degrees, he hustled his way into the industry.
A self taught coder who started with graphic designing gigs, he eventually transitioned to working with high net worth individuals for his own firm, ultimately carving his space in the world of technology.
With a knack for spotting problems around him, Amir came across yet another issue that people around him face daily- Dirty shoes, and no time to clean! His research and candid conversations with people in gyms, cafes, streets and clubs led him to understand that dirty shoes spare no one! This laid the foundation stone of Elitewash!
From gyms to cafes to clubs, there was this one question Amir asked people:
“How do you clean your shoes?”
Fun fact: Most people didn’t really have a method, aside from giving their shoes a quick sweep once a month with a wet cloth.
Many were unaware that their premium shoes were getting damaged with every regular wash.
To bridge this gap between premium footwear and high-end care, Amir began developing Elitewash — backing it with solid research on shoe-cleaning and a clear focus on making routine shoe care accessible to the people of Jaipur, and eventually, all of India.
