Welcome to Elitewash. By accessing or using our platform, website, or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Elitewash

Elitewash is a premium shoe cleaning and care service. We provide doorstep pickup and delivery of shoes for professional cleaning, restoration, and repair. We operate in select cities across India.

2. Eligibility

2.1 By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Ordering & Booking

3.1 Orders can be placed through our website or mobile app. Upon successful placement, you will receive a confirmation with your Order ID.

3.2 Elitewash reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, service unavailability, or incorrect pricing.

3.3 Pickup slots are available up to 10 days in advance. Same-day pickup is subject to cron-based slot availability.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4.2 We accept UPI payments via PhonePe and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD orders attract an additional convenience fee of ₹49.

4.3 Prices may vary by city. The price displayed at checkout is final and applicable to your selected city.

4.4 In case of any overcharge or payment processing error, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 You may cancel your order before our team arrives for pickup. Cancellations after pickup has been completed will not be eligible for a monetary refund.

5.2 To cancel an order, contact us at help@elitewash.co.in within 2 hours of placing the order or before the scheduled pickup time, whichever is earlier.

5.3 For eligible cancellations, a coupon of equivalent value will be issued to your account within 24 hours, redeemable on any future order.

6. Return Policy

6.1 Elitewash provides a service, not a physical product. Therefore, a traditional "return" does not apply.

6.2 Cleaned shoes will be delivered back to you within 3–5 business days from the date of pickup, unless otherwise communicated.

6.3 If we determine that your shoes are ineligible for cleaning (e.g. structural damage, hazardous material), we will return them to your doorstep within 1–2 business days and charge only the applicable pickup and delivery fee.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 All payments are generally non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

7.2 Refunds are applicable in the following situations:

  • Payment was charged but no order was confirmed — refunded within 5–7 business days.
  • Duplicate payment was made — refunded within 5–7 business days.
  • Service was cancelled before pickup — a coupon of equivalent value is issued within 24 hours.
  • Shoes were damaged during the cleaning process — compensation of 3× the service cost is processed within 7 business days.

7.3 All refunds will be credited to the original payment method. UPI refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.

7.4 To raise a refund request, contact help@elitewash.co.in with your Order ID. Requests must be raised within 7 days of service completion.

8. Shipping & Delivery

8.1 Elitewash operates a doorstep pickup and delivery model. We do not use third-party couriers for regular orders within serviceable cities.

8.2 Standard turnaround time from pickup to delivery is 3–5 business days.

8.3 For courier-based orders (outside serviceable areas), shipping timelines will be communicated at the time of booking and typically range from 5–10 business days.

8.4 A flat pickup and delivery charge of ₹40 applies to all orders within serviceable cities.

9. Liability

9.1 Elitewash is not liable for pre-existing damage to shoes submitted for cleaning.

9.2 In the unlikely event of damage caused during our cleaning process, our liability is limited to 3× the cost of the service ordered, processed within 7 business days of the verified claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Elitewash platform — including logos, text, images, and software — is the property of Elitewash and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

12. Changes to These Terms

Elitewash reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
